important information

  • Access and times: check that you can have access to the villa and the kitchen. Please notify the owner of our arrival. Confirm that entry is possible at the agreed time to avoid delays and extra costs due.
  • Preparation: please leave the kitchen room clean and free of personal items to allow efficient use.
  • Equipment: we will use what is available. Check for proper availability of cutlery, glasses, dishes and chairs.
  • Punctuality please be punctual at the table.
  • Service breaks: a break of about 7 to 8 minutes is provided between the end of one course and the next. Cooking has its own time.
  • Children’s meals: if children eat first, about one hour of extra service is provided and will be charged.
  • Allergies: For obvious reasons, we regretfully cannot provide our services to people with food allergies or serious intolerances.
  • Intolerance: Please inform us immediately when booking. Only guests with mild intolerances are accepted.
  • Extra costs: delays will cost €10.00 per half hour per staff member.
